When you call Hoov Air, you get Tyler - the owner - not a call center.
Hoov Air installs and services Day & Night heating and cooling equipment - dependable, well-built systems backed by a name that has been in American homes for decades.
Furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, gas lines and light plumbing.
Residential service and replacement, all makes and models.
Most heating and cooling companies send whoever is available. You get a dispatcher, then a tech you have never met, then a quote from somebody back at the office.
Hoov Air works differently because it is Tyler. He answers the phone, he shows up, he does the work, and he stands behind it. There is no sales department pushing a system you do not need, and no commission riding on the size of the estimate.
That is the whole business model. Do good work, be straight with people, and let word get around Butler County.
